Installation of a water pump in a 2013 Taurus

I just dropped off my car to a Ford dealership (Wednesday) was told would take
2 days to repair. Quoted $2500.00 and some change. Included 14 hrs of labor.
On Thursday I was now told my car will not be ready until Monday afternoon!
I feel I'm being hosed for additional labor costs. Come on this is a Ford
dealership. Four days to do a water pump repair? Comments please.

Do you have the 3.5L engine? It is a bear to replace, tons of parts to remove with special tools. You have to remove almost half the engine. A water pump replacement at a Dealer typically cost $1400 to replace. You must have other parts being replaced as well since it is $2500? I would think the dealership doesn't have the parts in stock or working on it part time.
