is there a rest button for a 2002 dodge neon

I lost my keys n I changed out the whole steering column and ignition and now it wont start..

You need a dealer or qualified locksmith. It has to be re-pregrammed to communicate with ECU and that can only be DIY if you have 2 working keys already

this is correct I figured it out the hard way. It'll cost about 100-200$ to reprogram. There is no bypassing skim(Security Key Ignition Module) I believe is what it stands for. I tried and pretty electric / mechanically inclined. Lol it sucks but it is what is
