I have a 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T 2 Door Coupe. It has been sitting idle for about 3
months without starting, and around 8 months total. Reason being that the clutch went
out and haven't had the time, nor resorces to fix it. The problem is when I do start the
car, and press the gas pedal, it sort of bogs down, or doesn't catch right away, and I
was wondering if it might be the fuel injector/filter. I am taking it to a shop Monday to
get a new clutch installed so that problem will be solved. Does it have anything to do
with a burned out clutch? I just replaced the EGR Valve about 2 months ago due to a
shop telling me that was the problem. I am strapped for cash, and don't need to be
spending it on things that don't need replacing.

Could just be condensation in the fuel tank causing this. When vehicles sit condensation builds in the gas tank and pools on the bottom. If it was mine I would get all the gas out and add some new with a can of sea foam. This will also clean your injectors and valves.
