my 2002 Dodge Stratus wont engage in any gear 3.0 V-6

my Stratus suddenly while driving all lights on dash came on car stalled,( no noises at
all ,no clunks ,squeals bangs nothing) coasted to side of road. stopped put tranny in
park started car (everything normal) and put in drive and nothing at all
got out and checked fluid (ok) tried shifting again nothing no squeal no slipping
nothing at all like it was just in neutral
any thoughts as to where to start

im having that exact same problem.....have you found anything out about it yet.....ive been told to check the transmisson line and also the fuses....

the tranny is junk there is a problem from manufacturing with a wave spring (snap ring) that was not made strong enough ,and when it breaks it gets sucked up into the pump and breaks the pump ,resulting in a complete rebuild with a new version of the wave spring that is stronger. unfortunately the manufacture will not recall or admit any wrong doing. If you google Mitsubishi transmission you will see all the problems
