I have a 98 Chevy suburban k1500 with the 5.7 vortec the intake gasket went when I was driving home from the dealer replaced it and still getting water in the oil but water level hasn't dropped any. What could be the possible problems?

The level in the radiator is what I was referring to, the dealer won't take it back he offered me a little cash that's it, its just confusing I've never had a Chevy do this to me! What is the correct way the PCV system is put together?
