Make sure terminals are tight , Check all fuses and mega fuses under the hood , You may have needed a memory saver for disconnecting the battery .

Check and see if other accessories no longer work or do not work right, if you find any other system problem then a memory saver should have been used and now the dealer will need to do a re-flash on the computer system, the good news is that you will get any updates that are for your vehicle.
