Make sure the Crankshaft and Camshafts are lined up. Otherwise your timing will be off.
When we try to start it the truck start's for a second then dies. How do you use the code reader?
You put the ignition on the run position then your plug it into the obd2 port which should be located on the driver side under the dash.
In order to get the codes you will have to! Here's a link for a decent one for about $37 on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Autel-Autolink-AL319-OBD2-Diagnostic-Code-Reader-Scanner-Toolwith-Color-Screen-/151215126583?hash=item23351fb837&item=151215126583&vxp=mtr
It got put back together and when we started it we had to push foot to the floor and it was hard starting now found out that only one side has compression and then it keeps getting out of time does anyone else an idea what it could be? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again
