low oil in 1.4 Turbo cause high reving in tranny and bring on engine light.

Car hesitates at takeoff, tranny slips engine light comes on. Dealer tells me its low on oil.

Fourth time I brought it in for same prob. Car still under warranty, want to charge me diagnostic hook up
