2013 Audi A4 wont start battery is good

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My Audi A4 Quattro won't start when I depress the start button. All lights and
radio comes on and the battery tests good. What is the first item to test? Could
it be a starter fuse or module? A starter or wiring to the starter?

Check your connections on your battery, starter relay, brake pedal sensor, and have your starter tested.
I've tested the battery with a meter from the engine compartment and it reads 12.2. I replaced the brake pad sensor a couple of weeks ago. The wires were had become detached. Where is the starter relay located? On the starter or a sensor in the car? I never considered the brake pedal sensor but will check it. I'm trying not to pay the dealer. Is there a way to test the starter on my own? Thanks!

For the starter relay, there's a black box inside the engine bay that holds the fuses and relays. And to have the starter tested, a parts store can test the starter for free.
