Hi. I have a car that is being financed under my ex girlfriends credit i
want to trade it in for a truck but the dealer says she needs to be
present to release the car. She and i no longer speak and she lives in
another state. Is it possible to get a signed and notarized letter from
her releasing the car to me and have the dealer accept it?
