2001 dodge dakota signal light flashes too fast

The left signal flashes twice as fast as the right one. Does
anyone know how I can fix this?

Check all your turn signal bulbs, both for function and correct bulb. That is the usual cause for a fast flasher, one (or) is out or the wrong bulb (lower lumens), doesn't draw enough for the flasher component to work properly.
