If a car has been on Cargurus for almost a year but seems like a great value (low miles, clean Carfax etc..) is their imminent cause for concern?

Cargurus does not sell cars, It is an online automotive research and shopping website that assists users in comparing local listings for used and new cars and contacting sellers. CarGurus uses mathematical algorithms to analyze and compare prices and features on cars for sale.

I wasn't bashing Cargurus. They have an excellent, very useful site. I was just curious (before investigating the vehicle) if sounds almost "to good to be true", is there a probability that it may be? I know, the question is a bit random.

If you know for a fact that a car has been for sale a year or more skip it as it certainly has issues.
