2013 chevy sonic wont start after low fuel

...well you run it low (fuel lite on) for more than a little while, the fuel pump burns out because the coooing fuel will not be there to cool your pump...replace.

you could check for continuity at the pump, but you will get zero ohms...kaput....if you've got any resistance at the pump look at the fuse~ easier to replace a fuse, but I hardly think the pump would blow the fuse~

I checked the fuse and the battery

...wow...had never thought of that....haven't been in a financially strong league that would buy a NEW car...GOOD ONE.~...this WILL work!...dealerships do not like black marks on their reputations~

I'm actually in the process of possibly buying a Sonic, some useful information here....
