I change the thermostat to radiator hose and a
coolant temp sensor and when my car is in park
the hot gauge continue to go up when I turn on my
AC is gets hotter to

I've seen some 4.7 engines with plastic water pump impellors that disintegrated over time. Can happen in other engines using plastic water pump parts. Metal impellors can corrode. I would try to look into the radiator for coolant flow before removing water pump. No flow would mean pump not pumping once the thermostat opens. Make sure the thermostat was installed with coils toward the engine.
