Two things come to mind. Do you have water in the light assembly. If the lenses are cracked or the seals are leaking rain water can get in there and burst the bulbs when the cold water hits the hot bulbs. Does the vehicle require long life or Krypton type bulbs? My 08 Mercury does and I was replacing brake light bulbs all the time until I figured that out. Hope that helps! Jim
