Im not sure if this applys I have an 2000 R/T and from what i am told the engine needs to be lifted up for access cause of the front cross member and it all depends on your mechanic but i was quoted at around $500 about 2/3 hours labour

I have a 2000 2.7 and doesn't seem there's much involved to take the pan off, maybe if you had a floor jack and a torque wrench you could do it yourself as for gasket its probably no more then 30 bucks. If your leaking oil check to see if your oil filter is on to tight cause oil can leak from it being to tight. Usually only make it hand tight don't use any tools. Mind had leak tho when i got it from auction at 97k miles then at 104k miles got ticking noise found out was timing chains and that cost me around 1200 bucks with parts n labor and replaced water pump cause its in same area. Also goto local part store and get a Chiliton service manual it has a lot of things on how to take car apart if you don't have the money to get gasket done. Oh and if you do got a 2.7 use full synthetic makes mine run nice and starts up faster then when i was using reg oil.
