Check on the oil fill cap, or look in the owners manual. Or you could call a auto parts store, they would look it up. More than likely it would take 5W30.

what happens to the engine in a 2013 honda accord if you put full synthetic oil instead of semisyntheticoil as the owners manual requires?

The owners manual said to use SAE 5W-20. The Honda dealership that services my vehicle uses 0W20 Synthetic oil.
