I have a 2013 Accord Sport and am an avid outdoorsman. I take the car places
it probably shouldn't go and would feel more comfortable with a couple of
inches extra ground clearance. Can I put a 2" suspension lift on a front wheel
drive vehicle? And where could I get a metal skid plate for this car?

Yes, looks like there are spacers and strut kits that can raise your Accord. A Google search also showed some metal skid plates. Just need to find one for your exact model.
Gary, thanks for the reply. Where are you seeing these at? I have done multiple Google searches and can find nothing for raising the vehicle, only for lowering. As far as the skid plates I am only seeing plastic or the search is producing results for other vehicles.

Search for strut spacers. I found a kit on eBay. Title is "Lift Kit for Honda Accord 08-15 fit 22 24 26 rims Strut Spacers Acura TSX". As for the skid plate, search Google and select 'images'. You can find some pics of metal skid plates. Not sure who sells them though.
