2001 Dodge Stratus

I’m buying my first car back as a but if a project car
to learn more about them. My first thing is though is
I was told the engine is pulling in to much air and to
replace the vacuum seal, can anyone tell me how to
do this or what the price of the part I need to
replace is??

Maybe they are talking about your engine has an air leak. Perform a smoke test to see where the leak is originating from. Any rubber hose or gasket or o-ring after the MAF is suspect.
