Knocking and squeaking?

I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus. If I'm
accelerating or pushing the brakes
my car doesn't make the noises (
most of the time). It tends to do it
consistently when I am coasting and
when i turn the wheel. I can feel the
knock through the floorboard. And
I'm pretty sure the squeak and
knocking must be related.

sounds like you have a half shaft bad that is the axle that drives the front tires..
