Sun shade on 2013 X5 closes half way

My 2013 X5 has a problem with the sun shade only opens
three quarters then reverses and stops half way. It
appears as though the back panel is off the track.
Suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks Tom. I read that post but I am able to see that the guides are not in the tracks on both sides. Initializing seems like an option, but will it solve my issue? What exactly will initializing do?
