In my recent experience, the pre-approval on this website has no bearing whatsoever on the actual financing of a chosen vehicle. I was "pre-approved," I shopped for a car and went by the "real time rates" that I was supposedly approved for. However, when I sent that to the dealer, I did not get those rates at all, nor did I get a response from GLS for the car I chose. Total waste of time. Seems more like a gimmick to me. Not happy.
Have selected a vehicle and am prepared to buy. How do I coordinate my pre- approved financing with the dealer ?
