Overheating due to fans not coming on

Have a 2000 dodge caravan have changed
everything New waterpump thermostat and
housing radiator Fans and hoses and
Radiator and Radiator Relay Fans still will
not come on.

Note the diagram, check the fuse. Not only check the fuse, use a test light, check the fuse circuit for voltage, hot all the time. Always check voltage and grounds before replacing anything. In the diagram, at the fan, top wire is voltage, bottom wire is ground. Sometimes you can take wiring connector loose from fan, use jumper wires from battery to fan for voltage and ground, usually I use an inline fuse on the jumper wire. You should have tried that before replacing the fan/s. Any applicable trouble codes relating to cooling fan/s? Also, check your coolant temp sensor.
