Why wont my headlights come on

ck, underhood fuse box, print may be on lid of box for fuse I.D. how about the high beam when pulling the lever thingy

The high beams come on just not the headlights fuse is good could it be electrical

could be the globes each one has 2 filiments a high and a low ,if the high stay on when you turn them on permently its the low filiment in globe i would suspect, if not then the switch itself may be bad

There are 3 possible answers I can think of right now. 1) Both bulbs need to be replaced. 2) Headlamp switch is bad. Since the headlamp relay is in the switch, same difference. 3) Body Control Module is not turning them on. Could need a reflash, or it may need to be replaced, and you don't want to see the price of that! There is a way to get headlamps by by-passing the headlamp switch, but it is a little involved unless you are familiar with how to do it.

I don't know about your Dodge but my Grand Am keeps the automatic headlights off until the parking brake is released. The manual switch works normally.
