Forge the title and sell it , Or get the death certificate and then you can hopefully get a title in your name then sell it . Your experience may differ .

Talk to an attorney, the funeral director who handled his funeral, or your local motor vehicle agency. Laws vary from State to State. If you have Power of Attorney and you're the executor of his estate it shouldn't be a problem. But there will be forms to fill out and documents needed. Hope that helps! Jim
