Why won't my pictures download?

Trying to post my car and pictures won't download... I get error message and failed

Contact the help desk at Car Gurus, they were very helpful to me when I had an electronic issue.

Tammy, your car is very nice looking. Did you purchase this new? And, have you had any problems with your car and why are you selling it? Is it a Premium or Limited? And, have you had any positive or negative experiences with the CVT transmission if you have it? I have a 2010 Limited and really like my car which has 72,000 miles and runs great.
