Start Sale?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

A potential buyer is going to look/drive my car on Friday and decide whether
he wants to buy it. We have already agreed on the price.  When do I start the
transaction/sale paperwork on your site?  I cannot guarantee that they will
buy it at that price. Nor can I guarantee that he will buy it all.  Your wording
sounds like the deal is already done.  How do I proceed.  Our meeting and
test drive and smog appointment are all set up, but until he hands me the
cash, we do not have a deal.

What state are you in and does your title have the buy and selling information on the back of it

Then all you should have to do is fill in buyer and seller information on back of title and send them on their way unless your state requires a notory, SC does not
