Misrepresentation of vehicles by dealer

Asked by Guru9DZWHH Oct 30, 2020 at 01:55 PM about the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SL

Question type: General

The dealer advertises  and sales cars stating that
they have no underlying issues with transmission or
engine then the day you get it inspected the vehicle
fails . This dealer has many bad reviews but flood
his site with 5star reviews from family/friends. How
do I report this dealer. He also take no responsibility
for any problem regardless of time frame in my
case 12hours after purchase

There is no reporting dealers posting incorrect information on this site. I'd just post a review online if you can, and don't use them.

Visit your local Office of Consumer Affairs. They may be able to help you. Hope that helps! Jim
