Wiring bad in AC in Ford Thunderbird 2005

2005 Ford Thunderbird. Wiring bad in AC, it is blowing very hot air. Mechanic
said I have to take it to the dealer. Sounds very expensive.

I would take it to a mechanic/shop competent in AC repair . And yes , it will probably be expensive .Some will tell you to get the can of freon from auto zoo and do it yourself but then it'll just leak out like the last batch .

Take it to the dealership only! The late Thunder Chickens need special care and yes it may be expensive.
