Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

my cpo cayenne has major damage from before i bought it. Now its worth

What pressure can i put against the dealer to make a settlement without going

How long ago did you buy it? Carfax has been around for quite some time. If the damage is listed in a Carfax report, you may have a little leverage but it will still be hard to prove that they 'knew' the car was damaged.

Check the DMV to see if they require salvage titles and accidents to be reported to buyers.
