My 2009 3LT Corvette Convertible cannot price all the options I have

Asked by blkvet95 Feb 27, 2018 at 11:49 PM about the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette 3LT Convertible RWD

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

My 2009 3LT Corvette Convertible has a ton of additional options like two
tone seats, dual note exhaust, magnetic dual mode shocks, navigation that
totals more than what the 4LT package adds but your choices do not include
these so I cannot come up with a realistic selling price. If I use the 4LT option
price it comes close but it’s still less than what I actually have. What can I do?

I should just use the 4LT pricing as it’s at least close to the full value of all the options.

I would not falsely list it as a 4LT. Just list it at the price you want and note the extra options in the vehicle's description.

Do what Bob recommended. It may show as overpriced, but if you list the features in your add people will know why that is.

Only problem with that Auto_Adrenaline is that no one will bother to go to my ad in the first place as many people filter by Good or above!

Thank you Bob, Why doesn’t Cargurus update their system to include other expensive options out side the package options such as magnetic selective suspension $1,995, two tone leather seats $695, selective exhaust $1,195, etc. ? Thanks, Al

Al, I have no idea why CarGurus doesn't have more options selectable, but I have never thought that CarGurus had a very good selling website. Also please keep in mind that the people that answer the questions on this forum and are not employees of CarGurus, we just volunteer our time to try to help people and sometimes have a little fun. As a former C6 Corvette owner I am familiar with your extra options, and extra options from the factory add value to the car, but aftermarket stuff almost never does. Good luck on selling your Corvette. By the way, what are you asking and how many miles on it?
