Policy regarding making and accepting offers

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In
I haven’t had a car listed for sale for over a month now. During that time I have
had four offers that I have accepted. None of these buyers have contacted me
after that not even to ask questions or come look at the car. Is this allowed ?

Some people are jerks! I would suggest not accepting any offer electronically until I spoke with a potential buyer on the telephone. That way you know you have a genuinely interested party who wants to look at the vehicle and not some "tire kicker". I'm still waiting for a guy to come look at my 78 Eldorado that I was selling in 1984. I spoke with him on the phone and he never showed up. I don't know what possesses people to do things like that. But they've been doing it for years. As evidenced by my experience 35 years ago! Relist your car and a real buyer will come along! Hope that helps! Jim
People do what they do. I would let them know they have 24 hours to come see the car in person. Tell them first come, first with cash gets the car.
