Hole under portion of engine

Unsure what happened, there is a significant hole
under the lowest portion of the engine assembly.
Does this issues call to have engine replace?

Yes. I even added more because it looked low and we were on the side of the hwy thus thinking it was just an oil issue being low. Yet as I poured it in it flowed out down below.
