A funny wiggle in the rear end when starting from 0-2 mph

Will Ujoints get worse, and will the wiggle be more pronounced? What are the symptoms of a failing ujoint?
I just had a u joint replaced. The symtoms I had were a vibration in the rear of my truck under hard acceleration and a vibration once i got up to about 65mph. I've also heard that you may hear a clunk when you change between reverse and drive.
I did discover that the front most drive shaft has about 1/8 to 1/4 of freeplay in it, is that normal?
most of the rear vibrations that could be causing ur truck to wiggle will be loose lug nuts, wheels out of balance, warped brake drums or rotors, or loose u bolts on ur suspension.
your front wheels are out of balance and your alignment is probably off, this will send the tail end of the truck in a different direction then where your front goes
thats so way out to lunch it actually makes sense...have your alignment checked to start off with...
0 to 2 mph ,cancel all answers ,those problems would increase with speed, a slipped belt in a tire no doubt, or slightly bent rim or axel flange
