I cannot find a way to delete the Cargaru search.

I get Car Guru pop up ads on my browser and when I click on a specific car it
defaults me to 12,000 listings and not the car ad I clicked on.  I cannot find a
way to delete the CarGuru search. This is a tech question so related car info
not pertinent.
