There are two main reasons for poor fuel economy, your catalytic converter are clogged or uou need a complete tuneup. You can get poor economy with under or over inflation or tires.

Check your air filter. Larger rims and tires help a little. Are you sitting in a lot of traffic or letting the car idle a lot for stops. 14 mpg sounds really low, you might have a mechanic check on the fuel injection system for clogs or faulty injectors. I have the 2012 200 LX 4 cylinder and it does pretty well in the city. Take everything out of your trunk that you don't need to be hauling around with you.
Hey Did you ever figure out what was wrong with your 200? I'm having exactly the same issue. Thanks
