My 2013 Kia Optima Drivers Side Mirror was broken,,,not sure if someone hung on it as not any other damage to car.. Do you know how much will a replacement and labor cost

Mirrors are not cheap. Especially if they have to be painted to match the color of the car. The mirror is not hard to change yourself if you are a little mechanically inclined. You can call KIA to find out how much they get for a new factory one. Then you can call local junkyards to price a used one. You might get lucky and find one the same color! And then there's always eBay.
