kindly check on all your relay fuses, for any worn out ones and replace them, also consider checking on the condition of your CPU box, but remember to get a cord from a diagnosis machine.. and give it out as well..

Tear down your throttle body and IAC valve. Thoroughly clean both with throttle body cleaner. Sometimes the IAC will get so clogged with gunk, it will stall out the engine. Have you had the codes read? Is your CEL on? It may be a more expensive part that is giving you the problem. Here is a how to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PL1S1NNFFY

Luvrfamle, Please detail for us exactly what you have done. It's hard to figure out what's wrong, not knowing what you have fixed or replaced. Thanks!

Sorry fixed .. All ball joints New tires New inner tierods New battery *2 Second battery checked had bad cell so had it replaced so really 3 batteries New spark plugs New wires New iac valve New throttle position sensor Checked alternator 2x Both good Checked starter 2x Both good Both oxygen sensors replaced Negative battery cable replaced Air filter changed Oil just changed I said in previous post egr valve I did not cause auto parts said truck don't have that Thank you

also I'm having a hard time understanding why any of these things would make my battery completely dead no lights no power no whatsoever .realizing might be to separate issues..but sluggish started first then parked the car for three hour with no power when returned are they somehow linked together. Just little confused ..I understand problems separately but just wondering again. If they go hand in hand thanks

It's starting to sound something ignition related. You may have a bad ignition or Neutral safety switch issue. Here is a video on how to test. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpPOcO6f798 Your relays should be under the hood. Or under the dash. Open the relay box and look under the cover. Should be a schematic that tells you what each relay operates.
