you'll have to pull the panel and see if it's on it's track (regulator) doesn't sound like it is , or if the motors working
It's either the fuse, the switch, or the motor. Also, by forcing it up the glass separated from the retaining rail and will need reattached
Window down won't giving I force it up it falls
