2013 CTS Coupe 3.6L has a sealed transmission system.  Maint. schedule states 45,000 miles for a change.  Recommend dealer for this or trans shop or either?

I'd say either. Make sure the trans shop is not a chain and look for a independent shop that gets good reviews.
