There is no spark going to #6 cylinder. Changed spark plug & boot & switched coil. Still no spark. Whats up?

See if you don't have power or ground. The power is supplied by the ignition switch and the PCM supplies the ground. Usually the ground is the problem which means the driver in the PCM is bad for that cylinder and PCM needs replaced.
***Update*** We reset the PCM and the check engine light shuts off but still no spark to the 6th cylinder. We disconnected 6th cylinder and the engine light is still off but when we reconnect the 6th cylinder, the check engine light turns back on again. And still no spark.
Resetting the PCM won't work. You will have to replace it. ONLY if it is not sending ground to that coil.
If the PCM is bad, wouldn't it affect all of the cylinders? The only one not working is #6.
No. It has a driver for each cylinder it supplies ground to at different times.
