All the front cylinder are misfiring between 45 50

What engine ? start of by checking spark plugs, wires and if you have 5,9 or 5,2 l engine check rotor and cap if you have the 4,7 move coil packs form one cylinder to another and see if the misfire follows it then you need a new coil pack. If al this is ok you might want to fill your gas tank with fresh gas and ad some fuel injector cleaner to the gas tank and see if that will fix the problem if not you might need new injectors on those that have a misfire.
