Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There is a chirpping sound (best discription) don't know if related. My wife while driving
says it feels like the are hanging up and actaully locked up on her for a second while
coming to a stop. She also said it smelt kind of like burnning rubber sometimes.

Might need to adjust the rear brake shoes, sounds like they are to close to the drum.

Ok did not even think of drums on the vehicle. I had a 1500 dodge pickup and it had all disk bakes. I just asumed the same for my durango. I will check that. Thanks for the quick response.
