Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving my Durango and I heard a noise and it went by itself to 4 X 4 and now it is stuck there.  Is it bad to drive it in 4 x 4?

No you can't drive it in 4x4 all the time. On dry pavement it will tear up the drivetrain(transfer case- front and rear ends- u-joints, ect) and it will also quickly ware the tread off your tires. Have it looked at by a REPUTABLE mechanic ASAP.
