Anti-Theft / Locate Stolen Car

I let someone use my car for a 1/2
hour errand and 4 days later they still
have not returned. She has texted a
few times to try to BS why she hasnt
come back. My question is:
Is there a way to locate my vehicle
without reporting it stolen? And/Or
disable it?

not unless u have some kind of device put on it already sounds like a case for her or a lost car for u.
If you bought an option for vehicle tracking like Mopar's Electronic Vehicle Tracking System (EVTS) or the Dodge Avenger Electronic Vehicle Tracking System you could track the car, but otherwise you'd have to go to the police.
You need to report your car as stolen.
