E85 on cherokee can i use regular or premium.?

I'm having an issues how to deal with the flex fuel on this
cherokee. Just bought the vehicle 3 days and i can't find
e85 in my city. Can i use regular or premium on my
cherokee.? Need help. It's the v6 engine 2wd

Generally, "flex" means it's ok with regular or e-85.
