Front turn signals not working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Neither one of my turn signals work in the front. I have replaced bulbs and they
still don't work. When I pull the lever I can here it ticking really fast, but the
bulbs don't actually flash. Could it possibly be a switch or a fuse?  Any insight
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's your turn signal relay usually up underneath the dash it needs to be replaced

I'm having a similar problem, but it's only on my passenger side, the driver side is fine. Also the passenger headlight stopped working but the bulb is fine. Do you think the relay switch would be causing a problem with the headlight as well?
