Jk jeep regear

Jeep has 2 1/2 lift installed 4:56 gears and
now get drone sound at 40-50 mph. What
could cause this. Jeep is jk 2 door sport
with 15000 miles and 35 in tires.

I'm trying to remember... is there an adjustment on the diff for gear lash? That could also be a problem if you just replaced the gears in the front and rear. I'm kind of shooting in the dark a bit becuase it depends on whether it has the dana 44's or not.
