Cheap ways to make a 2013 black stock camaro look sharper?

Just looking for small things or big cheap things to make my factory issued black camaro
stick out?

Fuzzy dice, giant rear wing, curb feelers, neon - lots of neon, IRL stickers, hood scoops (one is good, two is better, hell go for three!), 33" wagon wheels, chrome exhaust tips, pretty much go to a tuner meet and bring your check book!

I have been looking for a big spoiler lately but i can only find small little factory ones, I'm looking for a bigass one with a double deck and side wings but there seem to be none, any idea where i could find one?
Ask any tuner or ricer. Not a fan of the look myself. You could murder it out, all black, black rims, black out the bumpers, light bezels, grill. Make the only think eye-popping red (or orange) a set of wilwood brake calipers.

I believe that having a different color lights is illegal where i live so, im not sure what else I could do for that

I actually bought a film for the lights that was 10% dark smoke and got pulled over by a state patrol and he said even that was illegal and i needed to get them off asap.
