Question type: Car Customization

On stock alloy wheels on my 2013 Chevrolet I have 225/55/R17 now, without any
modification what is the best size tire to enhance looks and handling ,I'm think 235/50/
R17 will work, would like to put 245/50/R17,or would 235/55/R17 work best, also is Pirelli
P7 A/S Plus Grand Touring all season with 700 treadwear worth the price difference of
General G-Max AS-03 Ultra High Performance with 480 treadwear, I don't mind spending
the money just want best bang for my bucks

I went with 235/55/17 filled fender gap well, was afraid that the 50 series would create more gap while providing a little more width to be seen Fromm front or rear view, it pays off to research the brand of tire you decide to install, was surprised that every manufacture listed the same size tire with different dimensions, also I went with the General G Max and couldn't be more happy with them, they changed the handing over the Goodyears and improved ride quality or at least to my standards I like to feel the road in my steering wheel hope this helps people out because I had no luck with dealers to help. Not like the good old days when they would mount one up and let you see how it fit.
